Shipping & Delivery

Orders for items in-stock will usually ship within 1 week. Shipments are shipped UPS Ground and tracking information is sent to the email provided once your order ships. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Major Holidays.

In the case that an item ordered is out of stock someone from our sales department will reach out to the contact provided with the order to discuss shipping options.

Measurement Supply does not ship out of the United States. Items are drop-shipped directly from the Manufactures to you directly when possible, but some orders must first be shipped to us and then we ship it out to you. We are under the limitations of our manufacturers stock items. While most items are in-stock and can ship out within a few days, other items have longer lead times.

*If delivery times are a top priority please contact us prior to ordering and we can provide you with the current stock levels.

Measurement Supply keeps all of your personal information private and secure. When you provide your information for purchasing, we use this information to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your experience with us.

Returns & Replacements

Please research the items you are ordering carefully. Please note that not all pictures on this site accurately portray the item in which you are ordering. Please refer to the manufacturers catalog or brochure for additional information.

A notice requesting goods to be returned must occur within 15 days of shipment. A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) will be issued by a team member at Measurement Supply and is required prior to goods being returned. Goods must then be returned within 10 days of the issue date.

The RGA number must be noted on all paperwork and labels for return.

You, as the customer, are responsible for any/all shipping costs associated with the return. All returns must be in NEW CONDITION (no etchings or marks) and must be in the original packaging (no rips/etchings/marks/etc.) and include the original paperwork.

Goods returned for reasons other than quality issues will be subject to a restocking fee of $100 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. After 15 days, no product will be accepted for return.

Please make your purchase selections carefully or contact our customer service representatives if you need any assistance while ordering.

Measurement Supply does not accept returns of parts or accessories. We will process replacements of parts or accessories which are faulty, strictly according to the manufacturers policies/guidelines. Returned product will be carefully inspected and credit will be issued, except where an item is damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging.

A confirmation of your order and a receipt of your order will be sent over after your order has been processed. Your receipt/order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt/confirmation to cancel your order for any reason. We will contact you in the event we cannot fulfill your order for any reason.

Measurement Supply accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We offer products from many manufacturers and suppliers. We make every effort to keep prices on our website up to date based on information that is provided to us by manufacturers.

Promotions are occasionally provided, but Measurement Supply reserves the right to update/change pricing at any time.

For issues of typographical errors, Measurement Supply has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the wrong price. We will immediately issue a credit to your credit card for any cancelled or refused orders for the amount of the incorrect price.
