The 2" x 24" steel QuickLoad™ rail is to be used in conjunction with the QuickLoad base plates. The base plates locate and align to the rail using the integrated location pins within the rail, whilst magnets secure them in position.
The rail can be positioned on the left, center, right of the CMM's granite, allowing multiple QuickLoad base plates and configurations to be used. The rail can be secured directly onto the CMM’s granite using the provided bolts and locating washers, using a single or multiple rails. This flexible fixturing system ensures it matches the holes on the CMM it is being installed on.
The QuickLoad system is fast, easy and repeatable, allowing the user to set up parts for inspection on multiple plates, and load them to the rail efficiently to maximize throughput.

Taking inspiration from our QuickLoad™ corner (QLC) range for vision systems, R&R Fixtures has developed the QuickLoad™ rail system for use with CMM applications.
The QuickLoad rail system allows for increased speed and flexibility, while maintaining repeatability and reproducibility when loading and locating base plates onto a CMM. The QuickLoad rail and plates will maximize your ability to inspect and release parts swiftly.
Fast, effective and accurate
The QuickLoad system is rapid, easy and repeatable, allowing the user to set up parts for inspection on multiple plates, and load them to the rail efficiently to maximize throughput. Due to the simplicity of its application, it requires no additional training, so you will be up and running without disruption to your inspection process.
The specially designed QuickLoad base plates locate to the QuickLoad rail, on either side, using quick release magnets and location pins. This design ensures the plates are located and secured for maximum throughput and unrivalled repeatability.

The QuickLoad rail's versatile systems allows for flexibility when setting up your parts for measurement and provides a robust work-holding solution.
The design of our rail maximizes the available measuring volume on your CMM. The rail can be located and secured to the CMM's granite on the left, center, right or to an existing modular base plate, allowing multiple plates and configurations to be used, that utilize one or both sides of the QuickLoad rail.

The QuickLoad rail system utilizes the company's industry leading Nituff® hard-coat anodized, aluminum QuickLoad base plates available in thread sizes M4*, M6, M8*, ¼-20. Various kit options are available with the potential to combine multiple plate sizes and configurations for a truly flexible approach.
