Renishaw Repair by Exchange TP200 Probe Sensor A-1207-0020-RBE
How it Works:
Step1: Determine the current model of probe head, touch probe, scanning probe or probe controller you have.
Step 2: Locate the serial number on your current item and enter this number in the required field before adding to the shopping cart.
Step 3: Add to Cart to complete purchase.
Step 4: In 1-2 business days our sales department will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and information on where to ship your return.
Step 5: Carefully package your return for shipment. MARK THE RGA NUMBER ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS. Please be sure to only send the item itself and no accessories such as styli, cables, probe shanks, etc.. You are responsible for the expenses related to shipping the unit to Renishaw and for the shipping costs of the replacement RBE.
Step 6: Your replacement will be shipped directly from Renishaw to your address, after receipt of your return.
An Advanced Replacement is a premium services aimed at minimizing your downtime. This service is only available on products where an RBE service is offered. Through this service we ship an RBE in advance of receipt of your inoperative product. Your inoperative product must be returned to Renishaw within 7 working days of receipt of the advanced replacement. The full price of the item will be charged if Renishaw does not receive your return within 7 working days of receipt.
*A 6 month warranty is provided with all RBE items purchased through this website. Renishaw reserves the right to cancel an order due to excessive damage on the originally returned items. Neither Measurement Supply or Renishaw are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend UPS with a tracking number for easy traceability.
